Have you checked your gifts at Renderosity? Just had one asking about theirs and it was in their gifts. I personally sent the request to Rosity and my contact there has been dealing with some very serious illness including Covid but she finally felt better and told me she handled these. Please do double check as I'd hate to bother her and it be there (since I've already done that once).

Thanks for keeping us up to date that you haven't received prizes. As you may know, we don't handle these ourselves but we can keep contacting them until we get through. Like us, there can be reasons they haven't done this such as illness.
